Review on FLSNT Daylight Dimmable Filament Equivalent by Andrew Frison

The new lightbulbs look very dirty (not a cool industrial style either)

If you really wanted to like them, you've wanted to order them for a long time. First, they look good in person. They also turn on instantly, faster than the private label my girlfriend bought from a big store. I figured I needed a dimmer right away, but the 8 5000k 40W bulbs in my 10x12 office kinda underwhelmed as I was expecting (okay!) to have any residue (paint? tiny cracks forming? not sure), and there that is for a chandelier showing bulbs (satellite) it looks pretty bad. They look dirty/foggy and it's about 3-4 feet above the table so it's really obvious. I've tried washing the foil with a microfiber cloth but not much improvement, they appear to be mostly dry/baked. Don't you want them to look clean/new for style? My office is industrial, but it doesn't look "cool" (I've been trying to convince myself of that), it's just that the chandelier looks like I've been touching transparent bulbs constantly for years, and they're excessive covered amounts of leather oil or paint residue or the like. If they were bigger or had more space, it might not be as noticeable. All six new bulbs look like the pictures. A photo was taken after trying to gently clean them with a microfiber cloth, but I can't even tell which photo it is, so it doesn't make much of a difference.
