I like being able to send messages in real time so you don't have to wait for an email response which can take days depending how busy they are! It's great when there isn't much work going through as we use this mainly at weekends but if someone needs something done then all of our managers go into 'work mode' - meaning nothing else matters until its dealt with!! Not really anything specific dislike about sampaq other than sometimes having too many people logged onto one screen makes navigating difficult (as everyone wants access).
We've found using SMS messaging has been very effective especially during times where emails aren't possible such as over night shifts etc..
