Superb communication tool that is perfect fit

I like how easy it was for me as an employee of my organization (Samparq) to access all our data from anywhere in the world without having to download any software onto your computer! It's also very user friendly which makes using this app even easier than other apps out there such as Slack or Zoom. There isn't anything really bad about sampaq but maybe some people have issues with notifications not being seen sometimes? Sometimes they don't show up at first so you need to refresh them before…

  • The UI is very simple and easy to use no matter the scenario

  • I wish chat conversations could be moved to a specific chat room or channel by default when starting a new chat

Great platform, easy set up and excellent customer service

I like being able to send messages in real time so you don't have to wait for an email response which can take days depending how busy they are! It's great when there isn't much work going through as we use this mainly at weekends but if someone needs something done then all of our managers go into 'work mode' - meaning nothing else matters until its dealt with!! Not really anything specific dislike about sampaq other than sometimes having too many people logged onto one screen makes navigating

  • The speed is fantastic, it’s amazing that any message gets sent straight away without delays or waiting hours/days before responses come back from overseas locations even more impressive considering some countries do not offer 24 hour phone coverage; also sending multiple images within 1 click works well across different platforms including mobile devices & desktops alike..a

Great tool that will help improve your employees productivity

I like all aspects of this app for my work as an HR Professional in Corporate America. It allows me to check up on employee activity when off site at events/training sessions etc. This also helps with communication between departments which keeps everyone informed about any issues they face. All great! The only thing I don't like is how it sometimes freezes. Not sure if its just mine but other users have noticed this too.
