I got this because I have to print a lot and often. The first problem was that it refused to work without a Wi-Fi adapter. Fine spent another $50 on it. [which lasted 3 months and had to be replaced]. After 8 months of normal operation it started to work. Prints thousands of pages of random script, refuses to connect to computer, or just doesn't print anything. Every troubleshooter available from the company has been fixed and still not working. ConsSetup was annoying. Especially if you don't know you need this Wi-Fi adapter. It was NEVER connected to Wi-Fi, I had to have an adapter AND a cable on my computer to print. Despite the changed settings, you will be logged out after a few minutes. Jams every 200 pages or so. Just stops working despite being compatible it killed 2 usb ports. On my computer the pros: When it works, it works great. The laser printer was originally cheaper than buying new ink every week. I end up with this huge, heavy pile of junk that I can't use and can't get rid of. Overall very disappointed with it. I needed a printer for a small business and got junk. Either insure yourself and get return insurance or find something better is my advice.
