The product was shipped in a box and the handbag was protected by a cloth dust cover and plastic bag. The metal is polished and in good condition. The overall value of the wallet was high considering the affordable price. The only downside was the wrist clasp on the wallet was broken and wouldn't close at all so I returned the item.
