After recently shopping at TropiClean's online store, I can say without a doubt that I was extremely dissatisfied with the process as a whole. To begin, their website was difficult to navigate because it was sluggish and unresponsive, making it tough to look through their inventory. When I was eventually successful in placing my order, I got an email confirming it; but, after a week, I still hadn't received any information regarding the shipping of my package. When I tried to get in touch with their customer service, I was given responses that were unhelpful and condescending. They did not appear concerned about my issues and did not provide any potential solutions. To make matters even worse, by the time my order finally came, several of the products that I had already paid for were missing. In general, I do not recommend purchasing from the TropiClean web site. Their website is difficult to navigate, their customer care representatives are unhelpful, and the fulfillment of orders is inconsistent. If you want to avoid the inconvenience, you should purchase somewhere else for your pet supplies.
