I have tools, drills, taps and experience. I didn't even completely disassemble the throttle body, just removed the bushing and wires and started drilling. If you have never drilled or tapped anything before, you MUST have this part done by an experienced technician. Throttle bodies are made of cast zinc or magnesium and will deteriorate quickly if you screw up. This part is amazing, my cruise control button broke a long time ago and I have driven many miles without cruise control. I can quickly snap this with my thumb and it holds up great. Every Harley needs it so Forrest Gump can wave to people trying to look super hardcore and cool.
