Worked very well but rattled

After installing this brush roll I got a rumble which I attributed to a small rock or loose screw. I have removed the vacuum head several times and have not been able to find the cause of the rattling. I took it to a vacuum shop and they found the source of the noise. There was some looseness in the reel body. Another brush roller changed everything.
