Skirt was very wrinkled so I washed in cold water and tumble dried on low. crumpled so I put it on a steam cycle and it has helped a few. The drop is 15.5 inches in some places and 16 inches in others. It was too long so I had to use it on another bed. The white center fabric is a bit too big for the box springs so it shows through the sides. I would not buy this brand again.
