Review on 🔧 NUZAMAS 12V 100W Oil Transfer Pump - Portable Electric Self-Priming Diesel & Fluid Extractor - Ideal for Car, Motorcycle, and Boat Engine Oil Change Disposal Tool by Jason Matthews

Better option than crawling under the car to change the oil.

Advantages:1. Removed 100% of the oil from the oil pan on my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. The capacity was 4.75 liters with filter and 4.75 liters removed.2. Didn't overheat after 10 minutes of running (most come with a warning not to run more than 10 minutes or you could overheat). The pump is pretty quiet so you can hear the oil being sucked in and when it's losing suction. All you have to do is move the hose up and down until you hear it sucking in more oil. This allowed me to remove 100% of the oil from the oil pan.4. The pump arrived in an outer box that had a sturdy foam mold inside, making it easy to store the pump for future use. Disadvantages: 1. In general, the pump performance is insufficient and it took more than 10 minutes to drain the warm 5W-30 oil, which is a fairly light oil. Not sure if this pump will last long but time will tell.2. A hose connection with a diameter of 10 mm (slow drop) was leaking at the connection point to the pump. About 2-3 tablespoons of oil escaped during the extraction. So you have to carefully choose where to place it. I wouldn't recommend it in the engine bay. I put mine on a chair next to the outer wing.3. The instructions are practically useless. It's not clear which brass fitting goes on the inlet side and which goes on the outlet side, so you'll have to look at the single photo that accompanies the instructions, which is nothing more than a photo of the pump, to figure out which fitting and hoses go where go. The pump comes with a 10mm fitting and hose (discharge side of the pump), an 8mm fitting and hose (inlet side of the pump) and another fitting that connects the 8mm hose to a 6mm mm hose that goes into the dipstick tube.
