Review on AmazonBasics Leaning Ladder Blankets Towels by Kayla Schmidt

Although the instructions were clear and easy to follow, we were not sent all the parts we needed to assemble the ladder. When the box was opened, some of the bars were wrapped in plastic while others weren't. After finally realizing that we didn't have all the right parts to put the ladder together properly (tried multiple times, tried turning it upside down, etc.), we realized we probably had a box of 1/2 new and 1/2 returned items from a previous order. The ladder's legs point in different directions, causing the top of the ladder to not touch the wall, causing it to stagger and lose its balance. We really wanted to like this purchase but there isn't even a contact to find out how to return the money. We're stuck with a rickety staircase!
