Received in just 1 day and was able to track the exact location of Prime Driver upon delivery. The product is exactly as described. Came with 2 extra pen nibs and a pen nib removal tool (didn't even know what that was lol). Well packaged, opened, pen inserted, new pen inserted within a minute, and boom, DONE! The pen is blue, which I knew when ordering. I've seen reviews complaining that the pen is the wrong color and they got a blue pen. Should have ordered it as soon as I lost my S Pen.
