I got these for working out with my manual wheelchair (dedicated wheelchair gloves are hard to find). They're easy to put on and take off, and lightweight enough that my hands didn't feel overheated even on a warm day.The padding is nice and thick and protects my hands when I'm slowing down, but the position of the padding isn't quite right for the pushing motion because it doesn't cover the palm at the base of the thumb. The thumb sleeve also doesn't cover the base of the thumb finger pad, so if you don't have that pushing callus yet, you'll need to build it up to use these comfortably.I mostly needed them so I wasn't skinning my palms going downhill, so they work well enough for me!
