I could easily fit it in. My left nostril has always been a problem; I've had my nose pierced so many times that I know what to do. I prick with a hairpin and then switch to a hoop as soon as possible. Well this time my regular 8mm CBRs didn't cut it due to the placement so the ball didn't go in and I needed a smoother ring or the ring had to be solid. It's the perfect size! I have 18g, 8mm. So for my fat nostril buddies who don't have piercings too high in the crease, this is a great size for you. 7mm would be too small, but 9mm is fine if yours is closer to the crease, FYI. It hurts a bit, but it's my fault for messing with it! If there was an allergy it would be fine. There are no problems here!
