Review on High-Quality Iron, L:5.35 W:13.89 H:6.25, White, Purple by Patrick Keita

I did not purchase this iron from Revain but am reviewing it here to help others who are still choosing an iron. I bought mine from a local store for less than a third of the price quoted here, so do some research before you buy. But consider buying this iron because it's good. This is the fourth iron I have bought in the last two years. The rest were more expensive big brands that weren't good. They didn't heat enough, or they spilled rusty water on my clothes, or they just stopped working after a few months. I almost bought this one thinking if the price is so low then it probably isn't very good quality. It's not the prettiest iron you'll find and the workmanship isn't as refined as some of the more expensive irons, but it works! Heats up quickly, does not flow, smooths wrinkles well. When I use it, it feels solid in my hand, but at the same time it's not heavy. This iron reminds me of my old ray of sunshine. Back when Sunbeam made quality products right here in the US. Pretty much all the electronics are made in China with lower quality standards and they don't tend to last very long so I don't think it's worth spending a lot of money to buy them. If you're looking for a new iron, consider buying this iron, but look for one at a much better price. I will come back to buy another one as a backup before they raise the price.
