Review on Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz by Carlos Alston

The quality of our representation was excellent. It has been extremely well run by their talented staff. We had many issues with them that they handled professionally. Very responsive team! They are very professional. I would have no complaints if it were not for one thing - we had an issue where someone tried to steal information relating to my case (an estate matter) off of my laptop when I wasn't even at home or near it. This was incredibly stressful. After speaking to several colleagues who use Baker Donelson as well as contacting the local police department, nothing came out of it other than me feeling like a criminal because we couldn't prove what happened. If you're looking for a large commercial litigation firm, this is absolutely worth checking out. Their service level is unmatched.
