I'll give 4 instead of 5 for three reasons: 1) Two pieces of hardware were missing. The shipping box was damaged with a huge hole (no doubt that's where the two missing pieces went in because I actually found them loose in the box (couldn't the seller put the hardware in a sealed plastic bag? Better) but they wouldn't have one stronger box? 2) My husband is good at assembling, it only took him about 45 minutes even with parts missing. However, this Belinda cat house is still a little wobbly. 3) Although the openings and top bunk are large enough for a larger cat, my 15kg Siberian doesn't fit very well in the condo despite trying to squeeze her head or rump in. (actually cute). Luckily I still have a two story cat apartment for her. I would have preferred a cream color like the pictures, but the vanilla cream color works well. What I love about the Belinda cat tree house is the heavy, solid base that keeps it from tipping over, even if it wobbles a bit on the 3rd platform and deck chair top. As is the sisal area on the lower platform. And hanging toys are a nice addition. Overall I think it will work out well and Zebba just seems to love it. If she had to rate him, she would probably give him a 5.
