The brushes are very good, actually a lot softer than I expected. The angled brush is very flexible and moves easily, which can be good or bad. When I just put on a brow to test this, the angled brush lost about 5 brush hairs in my product, but it's probably lost a bit between shipping and receiving. Product transfer from brush to brow/face is good. You absorb neither too much nor too little product. A flat brush is great for creating a sharp, defined line, while a small shader is great for concealer. I am giving 4 stars because the bristles fell out and they are too soft and pliable for my liking.
