A mouse was obtained approximately five years ago, or more than that. The mouse is awesome, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase of it. Because I do not play video games professionally but rather for my own enjoyment, I am unable to remark on the response time or any of the other "statistics." Ergonomics, quality materials, and attractive design were the aspects of the mouse that won us over (backlight). In addition, the battery has shown virtually no signs of deterioration after being used for a period of five years. Even now, I charge it once every seven days (I use it the same way as before). The following is the solution that I came up with for the issue with the wheel: A year ago, there was an issue with scrolling, which it turned out to be a problem that many people faced. I took the mouse in for service, and they were able to fix it (they said that they replaced some part). After one year, the issue continued to persist. Because, other than this issue, the mouse works wonderfully for me, I made the decision to get in touch with Logitech's customer care. My experience with Logitech support was upsetting for the following reasons: the employee had a strong southern accent, and it was clear that she did not grow up speaking the language. She spoke incorrectly (having a weak command of the language) and in a casual manner. In my opinion, the helpdesk would benefit from formalizing their communication more. But this is a matter of opinion, and the most significant drawback is that the customer service representative, to whom I explained the nature of the issue, did not suggest that I try eating the gadget. Despite the fact that the restaurant claims that the issue has been resolved there! I had the epiphany when reading the reviews on this page. . I made the decision to add a review. After a few months had passed, the issue started to get increasingly severe. At this point, everything has been restored to its previous state. In light of this, I am lowering the rating for this mouse from three stars to one since I cannot in good conscience advise anyone to buy it.
