This glaze may be suitable for edging flowers or other decorations of limited use. If you decorate cakes regularly, there are other products on Revain that I've used that taste great and are flavorful enough to frost an entire cake. The cost is a bit higher per pound and would need to be bought in larger quantities but in my opinion it's worth it.
