We've been using Roaster manager since it launched in 2015 with our current agency partner who has helped us customize over 70 different features! I would highly recommend checking out how many customization options are available when you first start up your account - there's more than what we used at launch!! The ability to have multiple clients per user profile makes this great if they're working remotely or traveling between accounts frequently.-Ability create custom fields which can be easily imported into other programs like Excel/Powerpoint etc..We use it daily while remote from office so having access via web browser works well too vs needing VPN connection every day. Tracking billable work across several projects & users helps ensure accuracy within budgeting / billing process.
