I've never seen a salt lamp like this, I fell in love with it! It's the perfect size, maybe a little small for some, but I prefer a little small. It's quite bright, not as bright as a regular regular lamp, but it's quite bright for a Himalayan salt lamp. I have four others and this is the lightest, mainly because it doesn't have as much salt as the others, but that's not a problem. To me it's not that it lacks salt, it's just small enough not to drown out the light. although delivered by a courier. I've had a few shabby boxes and packages lately... All in all I would recommend this to anyone who loves Himalayan salt lamps! It's very unusual, I've never seen anything like it.
