Review on Vault-ERP by John May

It's very easy for my students as they don't need any technical knowledge or training before using it. I have used many ERPs but this has been by far the best so far. Nothing at all! The system works great and everything that we needed was there when we wanted something new added or changed about our process (or lack thereof). We use it mostly just for payroll information now but did not do so originally because no other systems seemed able to handle it well enough. I love that it's very user friendly for new users as well as advanced. It also has many useful features such as creating custom reports and exporting files into other applications (such as Excel). The customer service could use some work - they are great but sometimes there isn't enough people working during peak times. We have been able to track our hours easily. This makes it easy for us to keep track of overtime and how we spend our time.
