You sent the wrong rack screw, be careful

I was excited that my replacement monitor had finally arrived. I had to install the STAND SCREW screw and was disappointed that it didn't fit. I had to fill in the old screw from my old monitor, same brand. Disappointed with it, but the monitor itself is fine. Good picture quality.
