No thermal control, no plate removal, looks old from the start

Another bad/cheap product from China. No temperature control (food darkens very quickly), plate is not removable (difficult to clean), looks old (worn) from the start. Many have chipped edges. Very poor packaging and no box to store the product. The only plus point: the non-stick coating works properly, at least initially.
