I like how easy it was to set up, and how easy it was for me to use. I didn't have to learn anything new or do any coding. It's very intuitive. We were able to get up and running very quickly. There wasn't much support from their team during our live launch. They were very busy with other projects. I had to figure out where things went wrong myself. So far, so good. I haven't run into any issues that need fixing yet. The software we're using is Salesforce, which allows us to track all of our customers' activities in one place.
