I have used Wacom Cintiqs and Huion Artists in the past and was very excited to see how GAOMON has improved their quality over the years. Keep in mind that if the products I received were truly new and working, things could have been the other way around. I hope other people can also consider that this is a huge budget option. The quality control isn't the same as higher quality products and frankly it could be worse. First, my order was pre-made (or I would call it used) and not shipped new. Almost everything was included except the box was visibly opened and I know what the GAOMON contents must have been like when it was new; As I clearly saw, others had a better unboxing experience. There was no pen holder and the tablet itself was definitely used judging by the condition of the screen. Despite the doubts, I decided to try the product. I installed the drivers and everything was ok. Some people will probably be better off if they have the right computer, the right BIOS, the right hardware, and easier access. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to get the right touch buttons to work. Although the power button works. After all that little thing, I decided to order a replacement. When it got here the order was brand new and properly packaged. It was all included and there was a screen filter on the tablet that can be peeled off. I was very excited until I got the tablet to work. The LCD screen was in poor condition. There was severe discoloration, some would call it bleeding. My god the entire screen looked like my 1998 Toshiba TV with terrible screen quality and color accuracy. (Pic attached) Ugh, TWICE IN A ROW the product wasn't delivered correctly! Thanks to everyone else who had better experiences. I bet this is a great budget product that wants to paint on a physically larger canvas. But it was a big failure for me and it's a shame. I have contacted GAOMON and they have not yet replied. I wanted people to pay attention to what this product can give you and that can vary.
