I liked that it gave me lots of opportunities to find my ideal role, as well as giving out great advice about what roles are available in your area! It was hard at first getting used to how much information you could see when searching for jobs - but once i got over this hurdle everything started working perfectly fine! The support team can be very slow with replying back sometimes which makes things frustrating especially if its something simple like an update or change request (which happens all too often). We were looking mainly through Icerecruit to try get into some larger companies who didn't have their own recruitment teams so we weren't sure exactly where our placement would go from there. This meant not having any idea whether they'd put us forward internally / externally etc. However now since using them we've been able to build up relationships within certain departments/companies via word-of-mouth recommendations & referrals.
