Works well as intended but uncomfortable

They hold the phone well and keep it dry but I didn't find it very practical as it's uncomfortable to wear around my neck. Maybe it would be better if you had a more padded strap, but the one that comes with it digs into your neck, doesn't distribute the weight at all and makes your neck hurt a lot. However, my touchscreen phone worked well through the plastic and I was still able to use the phone while it was in the cradle.
