I was a bit concerned about flow restriction looking at the hole diameter used inside the valve, but honestly I have more flow now than my drain can keep up with. Great item if you know what you are doing. Read some negative reviews and still decided to take a chance. At most my options were open to return if it didn't work. But if someone follows the basics of plumbing and not a complete novice.it is not for you. I am writing this review after two months of installation and not a drop of leakage. Very good stuff.

Solid construction . Easy to install. I used it to divert water to A RO water filter I use to make 0 tds water for my aquarium. Since I only used the system once a week , I wanted to put the water filter in a temp spot that would catch any overflow if I forgot to turn the unit off. Worked like a charm and no leaks. Didn’t affect water pressure when we take showers.

I bought this after buying the MODONA diverter. That valve worked but impeded flow by quite a bit and my attempt to widen the holes with a drill compromised the seal. which in that case worked by a valve stem in an open chamber being attached to a pad that occulted the outflow holes.
