This three-way diverter let me add a hand-held shower wand without losing my nice existing shower head. Some reviews say it leaks or has low water pressure but mine has neither problem. Water pressure is sufficient even with both heads supplied with water with the diverter control in the middle position. When turned up or down to supply just one of the heads, pressure is great, sufficient to get through my thick hair to rinse shampoo. Installation might be tricky if you don't follow instructions and note the differences in the three fittings. This diverter feels solid, operates smoothly and the oil rubbed bronze finish matches my other fixtures perfectly. I highly recommend this diverter.
