Review on Protect Your Eyes with Fit Over Blue Light Blocking Glasses - AHT Blue Blocker Computer Glasses by Bobby Washburn

Placebo effect? - Doesn't block blue light much.

As you can see from the picture this listing includes blue framed lenses. At the same time, I bought Sleep ZM orange lenses from another store. When I got these two glasses I tried them on and immediately didn't like the orange lenses because it was too much orange when I looked at the screen. I prefer the blue framed glasses because the lenses have a very slight yellow tint to make the screens look more natural. So it's been a week since I wore the famous blue glasses and I thought my eyes felt better. I decided to show them to my family and I had two blue bulbs and one blue LED to demonstrate the blue light blocking effects. To my surprise, the blue-rimmed glasses didn't block any noticeable blue light. I pressed them against a white wall and held both blue lights directly in front of the lenses and the blue light shone solid blue light straight through the lens onto the wall. I was at a loss. So I took the orange lenses and did the same test. Not only did they block the blue light from shining through the lens onto the white wall, but they completely blocked all blue light coming through the lens onto the wall. It was as if they weren't a light source at all falling on the lens. The wall didn't get lighter or darker, it stayed completely the same. So I'm going to learn how to use 3M Sleep until I find a clearer lens that blocks blue light just as well, but as far as these Blue Frame AHT Bluce Blocker Computer Glasses are on this list, if you really want to block blue light, it is a waste of your money. Go with sleep zm or keep looking for something else. I gave this 2 stars because it's light and comfortable, but otherwise it's a 1 star because it's designed to block blue light.

Pros
