Review on 👜 Polare Large Full Grain Leather Briefcase: Ultimate 17.3'' Laptop Business Work Bag by Brandon Boones

First week with this bag. Nothing but problems from the first hour. for AV work, so the Alienware Area 51 was the obvious choice. I ordered the bag because you can't have a high-end car without quality protection. I received my laptop and bag the same day and unpacked them together. It was great to get the full package straight away. Then I packed all my gear for the hour-long drive home. Of course, the 51st in my new bag is a passenger! I got home and got my laptop out to put it on the charger and already noticed smudges on my laptop. I tried deleting them but to no avail. I concluded that the markings match the leather inserts inside the bag. How did they finish the bag and screw up my brand new $2,500 laptop that looks like junk? Dissatisfied. I double check by running a piece of paper lightly across the leather inside the pocket and he does the same. I left a question here and of course they trust me with their support. At the moment I only take care of my laptop because the bag is such a small expense item in the overall concept. I'm asking what solvents can be used to clean up the residue of what they use on their products. At first they act like it can't be their product and state that they have been selling products for over 5 years as this is the first time they are hearing about it. Not only do they completely dodge my question, they demand a photo as proof and then advise me to buy more leather finishing products (which I think they should have used before selling the item if that's not the case). It was only when photographic evidence was presented to them that they realized this manufacturing issue and told me that the entire "leather batch" was affected and that they had taken steps to fix it. So at this point it's been five days since I bought it and I haven't accomplished anything. with these people, and then I realize the threads are falling out. HIS DAY 5! I sent the bag back, apparently for a full refund (as it hadn't been a month they told me) to relieve myself of the company's fear of vouching for their product. I've been trying to get an answer on how to get rid of the residue on my laptop and they've dodged the question every which way they could, and it's a month and a half later and still nothing. I went as far as emailing Alienware (after Polare asked me to) to see what cleaning recommendations they have, but they need to know how the leather was made and Polare has now just completely stopped responding . Buy something else. You will thank yourself for that. I'm just glad you will benefit from my suffering knowing the true price you are paying for this purchase.
