i like that it has an automated process for candidate sourcing from various sources (LinkedIn). It can be accessed through my mobile phone which makes things easier to manage as I am not always near computer or desktop when looking at job opportunities! There are also some glitches with this software - sometimes you have no option but just wait until someone responds after hours/days etc so if there were any problems we wouldnt know about them till then!! Great tool though once set up its really useful especially where people dont want to go into detail themselves e.g CV scanning etc.
