I like that it is an easy way to communicate between our candidates and companies which otherwise would have been so difficult without this solution! This platform can be used in both directions of communication - from employers/companies towards their Candidates using Job Posts feature or even posting jobs for employees seeking opportunities at your organization. The support team always answers questions very promptly too! There was no dislike but only suggestions were made when they had some issues with the service. We use mostly for Recruitment related tasks as per requirement we will keep changing and improving it according to experience & suggestions received from users. The best part is that it's very easy to use, you can customize your workflow as per your needs. I highly recommend using this software for all companies who are looking out for an effective tool which not only saves time but also increases productivity of their workforce. Nothing at present, so far everything has been great! This software does exactly what we wanted - increased our employee engagement by almost 50% within 4 months without spending any extra money or effort from ours.
