Good pigments for nail art and nail polish
Pigments when used properly on nails. So far I've tried it on white nail tips. I used a matte gel top coat to give the surface a little texture to fix the pigments. Matte top coat, cure 60 seconds, 1 coat of pigment and repeat the step 1 more time so you get 2 coats of matte finish and 2 coats of pigment, the results can be seen in my video and photo.
