Great little belt for EMS. Not sure about the breathable advert, but I can say that the belt is very comfortable even for someone like me who sits in Dispatch 12 hours at a time.Belt is strong, flexible, and easy to fix / unfix when going to the bathroom or adjusting. The best feature of the belt is the little elastic loop that is fixed to itself to take up the excess of the belt so it's not hanging from the closest belt loop.I envision having this belt for a good couple of years for sure. Worth the money.
