Bought this tank in February 2021. The first tank was completely broken, the replacement that arrived was good. I should have examined it better because after filling it with water I noticed clear deep scratches on the front and back. Glass. I ended up requesting a refund but didn't want to drain and repackage the tank to send it back. I decided to swallow my disappointment and keep the tank. The glass is poor quality, there is no leveling mat, and don't even think about putting the tank on that plastic walkway unless you want pressure cracking because that glass will let you down. The filter is not circulating the water properly and the filter housing is not allowing the material to be filtered in the correct order. The only plus of this tank is the hidden heater compartment. If you buy this kit remember that at some point you will have to remove the filter and buy your own, remove the riser and buy a new bulb. So if you're willing to pay $180 for just a 10 gallon glass tank and then buy everything else, this kit is for you. Save yourself the frustration and get it right the first time. Although this is just my opinion.
