Bought a couple of these monitors. One of the two stopped accepting input from the DP port two weeks after unpacking and installing. Submitted an RMA and found you had to pay to send it to a warranty location. Took it to FedEx and asked for help packing as it is a curved monitor. The cost to pack and ship from the east coast to California with enough insurance to cover the cost of the monitor, ground, and no express shipping was about $200, and the repair could take up to a month. Which company will you pay almost as much as the product itself to have it repaired under warranty?
