Update: After more time and effort than I would have liked, customer service sent me a replacement cable. Looks like they fixed the USB-A connector crimping issue. while everything works. That's a good line. if you have a mix of USB-Micro and USB-C devices. Original: Great idea, my phone is USB-C and my external battery has a USB-C connector. But when I plugged in the USB-A connector plugged something in, half the plug was left in the outlet. Pushing back didn't revive it. I cut off the now useless USB-A connector and now I have a USB-C to USB-C to USB Micro cable. Not what I ordered.
