Great idea for our remote control. This is literally why our remote control is still alive today! We had this type of remote control when we bought the TV and our 2 year old threw it on the floor so many times it literally got taped in place. Then recently my dog peed on it so here it is. The console died an agonizing and stinking death. I decided to buy new (obviously) and was thrilled to see that they are now doing it with a keyboard on the back (that used to annoy me when I had to type everything on YouTube). or our WiFi password with the arrows!). Then the reviews said that the remote easily breaks when dropped, which I witnessed myself. Given that my child, despite being an adult, is of course still around (that's a miracle!), I've changed my mind. But I saw a review from a nice lady (THANK YOU!) who said she advocates it! It was a great purchase. Our remote control fell off, it's not even scratched! Plus, it glows in the dark! love love love! Highly recommended!
