If you light things up you can see how dirty they are!

The device came with no instructions. It doesn't appear to have an on/off switch, but I think there is a very small circle on the back next to the charging ports. It never seems to get fully charged, but once it hit 3 points and the 4th blinks, it seemed charged enough to use.
