The NVR itself was very good, tested all interfaces plus 16 POE ports, checked the clarity of the cameras, motion detection and IR at night - great, works great, but I changed the resolution and the video disappeared, I could go Didn't go back to the NVR to reset the resolution, but there were no instructions on how to reset permission or restore factory settings. This is where I found out that their tech support is really bad. In the end I figured out how to open the NVR, found the reset button, factory reset the NVR and fixed the problem. I give 5 stars for the functionality and reliability of the machine and 1 star for the technical support. If there was a negative star I would give technical support a negative star
