Bought this for Christmas and finally decided to try Timpani for the Super Bowl. It took about 15 people, so a suitable crowd for this dish. The bowl worked perfectly! I've never been happier when it came off clean and easy with a few knuckle bangs on the sink. Generously lubricated with EVOO and oil. The crust was perfectly browned on all sides and the dish was evenly cooked. The enamel coating definitely distributes the heat well. You don't have to worry about this dish burning or unevenly cooking, you just need to find enough people to help you eat it! It turns out to be a HUGE drumstick that can easily feed 20 people. Easy to clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth or sponge.
