I like that itmSuite offers a lot of flexibility in terms of customization, but also allows us to use out-of-the-box functionality when needed. The support team is very responsive and helpful. It's easy to get started with itmSuite. There are many features that need to be configured after installation. Make sure you have a good understanding of your needs before installing itmSuite. We are solving our problems related to Service Request Management, Change Management, Project Management, Asset Management, and IT Governance.
