I've seen some surly reviews about the lack of a stylus. The stylus pictured is an Apple Pencil. You buy it from Apple. A $100 pencil will not come with a case under $20. This case is just as beautiful as the photos! Inserting my iPad (8th gen) was easy, the space for my Apple Pencil holds it in place and protects the screen from scratches. The rubber edge seems strong enough, although I don't think it will survive a fall. I basically wanted the case to hold a pencil and protect the screen from other things in my bag, and that fits the bill perfectly. If you plan on using it for more than just sitting at one desk and moving to another desk, a more durable case like an otter might be better for drop protection, but it's a nice and very cheap solution. Love it!
