UPDATE: After 2 months (return window expired) UV nail dryer completely broken. As you can see, it no longer turns on inside; just a faint red line at the top. I haven't done anything with it, just haven't used it for a while. Upgrading to 2 stars but only because the set is otherwise good. but the electronics of the manicure is garbage. Before college I did nail art. Buying this kit brought back the fun of pampering. This is a nice complete nail kit that includes not only UV installer, file, nail clipper, gel polish, base/top coat, cuticle softener/pusher/nippers. but nice extras like dusting brush, cuticle oil, matte finish. Everything went well. I like that the UV light has an automatic setting (in addition to various timer settings) ie motion detection. I love most of the colors and especially the matte top. Tip: Don't wait until the base coat is completely dry. It works best if you follow the directions and stop drying when it's still tacky - just set the other layers well. Big. Maybe they didn't read the instructions carefully and tried to fully cure the base coat, which as mentioned should remain tacky (mine have both color and top coat completely dry). I also painted the base, 2 layers and the top - there are no chips yet (I will add if there are problems).
