Causes rashes/rashes - use with caution

I have been using Neutrogena products for years with no problems. I used it for two days and had a terrible breakout - redness, itching, pimples. I don't have sensitive skin or allergies so this is my first product. It's been 3 days and today I'm feeling a little better, but I won't go out in public like that! I put some hydrocortisone cream on the itchy areas and went to the doctor. Hope this goes back to normal. I would suggest if you want to use this start with just ONCE a day not twice a day in directions. See how it works, then increase your usage to 2 times a day. I've never had sensitive skin, so I've never had to be careful. I called Neutrogena customer service to let them know and if you have any reaction please let them know. You reimburse the cost of the product. I used to use SalAc (2% salicylic acid). It seemed milder which makes me think Neutrogena has something else that is very annoying in their formula. So use it gently until you are sure your face will hold up!
