I want it to work, but it's not a practical

Basically it's a camera for your Apple Watch and it takes videos and photos. However, the product's current technical readiness is lacking and feels like a work in progress: Good things: - Setup is relatively easy, menus mostly worked to help you with initial setup - Video/photo quality is for that, what she does, fine - I'm happy with the ergonomics; it's covered by my hand so I don't "feel" it's bulky. I like the added convenience of carrying the camera. The screen asks "Are you sure" but there is no option to say "Yes". Device lock alert if that doesn't work. - OTA firmware update failed multiple times due to Apple WiFi authorization issues in the app. The app pretends to manage the connection to the device, but what you really have to do is connect to it manually via the Wi-Fi list, quickly returning to the app at the right time. Place in the sales literature, but very weak on how you actually achieve it (obviously only between watchcams?). For most users, we would like to video chat with friends on iPhone, but that is not possible with their messaging app! It simply records a video and attaches it to a post. THIS IS NOT"LIFE". I don't like the shady advertising for this feature. Your error reporting system is bad; You get the message you sent in the ticket, but they don't include the content or the ticket number in the email. You must be logged into your web account. I have submitted tickets for all of these issues but am still waiting for a reply in a few days. When you click "Wi-Fi" in the app to connect to the camera, you are given the option to share the WiFi credentials from your phone, but this is not the case. that does not work. You press and nothing happens. Then you keep getting messages to share WiFi credentials with iOS but it doesn't happen. Maybe they are waiting for Apple's approval to get this permission? As a customer, this is half done. I still can't figure out exactly how to get photos off the watch when I'm not on my phone. Does he send it over 4G? Do I need to connect the watch to charge to enable AP mode? Can I attach a photo/video to an email? I think I can send it to a contact through their messaging app, but only to a mobile number. Eventually it shows up on my iPhone in the gallery (when you click that option), but it's not clear how to force this replication action. I need a better explanation. - How can I buy spare parts with this silicone bracelet? I won't be happy with a $300 C camera in my bag if the strap snaps. In this case the rating drops to 1. I really want this to work. I'm happy to wait for future firmware updates, but you need to fix the OTA process and make sure you can recover it by doing a factory reset! As someone designing IoT consumer products, you need that parachute line to pull when needed; It's impossible to test absolutely every combination of cases enough times to make sure you haven't messed everything up.
