It does make you sweat but comes loose easily

I have been walking with this for about 5 months and it does make you sweat around the mid-section to a point that I have to change my t-shirt. But this is not something I would want to wear as a direct-skin support. You are going to need a shirt between this and your skin. It's been only 5 months but the Velcro is already coming loose, as the lot of other reviewers have already stated.
